    funny thing EVIL, i too went to work on the front of my rig and my brakes have never been right since. I bought a set of all pro braided brake lines. upon installing them the right caliper hung, I fixed that and it worked "fine" but the brake pedal has never been right since. three sets of pads and rotors, dilly/dallying with the lpbsv (or whatever it's called...)

    did you ever get it squared away or are you still stuck in mushlandia? I've read that one needs to pressurize the system and bleed from all unions and joints, not just the wheel bleeder screws.. any change since the post asking about the mc swapout for you?
