I'm trying to figure this, yes I know it's in black in white above, my 99 trd, would be 800 for rear or 480? Of course it has the e-locker. Then an additional 575 for the front. Obvious I know, hoping that I'm just confused but it's hard enough to get the old lady to swallow 1000 for gears but 1500!! I would be eating that tuna melt for a year!! Don't get me wrong, good price and great idea about the core return. Makes it so much more tempting for the down time. Hmmm... Christmas is coming up Better start the tongue aerobics!

The elocker diffs listed are the whole unit and we would not be expecting a core return on these. This is for the guys that have modified their housings to accept the elocker.

Since you have one to give us back you would keep your motor just send us the diff. and the price would be $575. ill update the post to limit the confusion.

The elocker diff uses all the same parts as the v6 diffs except has one very large bearing on the fork side, this bearing costs $50 dollars and that is the reason for the increase.

In addition for the guys with newer diffs if you send us your diff first we will inspect the bearings and check them for wear if they are fine the cost can be lower unfortunatly this slows the process down and your truck is down. however we have a 48 hour diff return time policy we would recieve your diff at 9-10 am from the brown truck. 95% of the time it will go back out that day @ 6pm on the brown truck but we guarantee it will go out the following day or will credit you $50.

I personally do every final set-up , yes I have guys tear them down and clean them. But when the diff goes back together for final assembly I check every preload, and torque every bolt and every pattern to make sure it is the highest quality diff set-up on the market.

total price for his was $540 b/c we installed a solid spacer as well, otherwise would have been $525. His is on the UPS conveyer belt now to be delivered monday.

I agree, Chase knows his diffs, just wish I had the money. In fact it would be alot more affordable if I could talk myself out of a front ARB at the same time, but that won't happen. If I can't do it right, I shouldn't do it. But feel free to send me a quote for a '05+ tacoma front and rear. Front with ARB and 4.88's and rear 4.88's, I have the e-locker. Factory auto with 3.73's. ohh and solid spacers on both.
