Default Cheapest Possible 4runner Build

Please give me a quick sanity check before I start wasting money (too late on my Taco, lesson learned). I bought an 85 4runner midwest rust bomb for $900. After some reseach here's my plan, I'm shooting to be mostly done by spring. I plan on stealing the 285/75/16 TRxus MTs of my Taco for the 4runner

Already done
LC engineering metal backed timing chain kit
Head gasket
Standard tune up stuff
BOOTYFAB! rear bumper and sliders (feel free to point and laugh it was my 1st effort and, well, their just damn funny)

Cheapo plan (in order)
highsteer (current steering has 45 degree dead spot, fun to drive )
Chevy rears
rears up front
weld the rear diff
Aussie locker up front
dual tcase adapter/square front drive shaft.

Feel free to point out the holes in my logic, I would much rather hear about it now then after I shelled out the money and time only to find out the hard way!

Thanks
