The misc. folder section is missing... unless I sign in

most times I read what's new without signing in...
and might only sign in when I have intention to respond. or if I'm linking something from here to another location. this forum's, sign in, times out for me after a period... I don't know why that is... and never cared to follow up on that. regardless... there's an obvious glitch in 'dis format if I got to sign in to make shit visible
