3.4 L Engine - 2002 Tundra Donor

Protection:
Marlin Crawler Rear Tube Bumper---installed
4x Ino. Front Winch Bumper w/single bend stinger---installed
4x Ino. Front Bumper Frame Support---installed
4x Ino. Rock Sliders(DOM) w/kick out---installed
4x Ino. Tube doors (front only) w/quick release hinges---installed
Bushwacker Extend-a-flares(1 1/4" Coverage) ---installed---

Misc..:
Warn M8000 ---installed
17x9 Rock Crawler Series 97 Black Steelies---installed
2" Body Lift---installed
Blue Seas Add-a-batter Kit---got it
Blue Seas 12 Circuit Fuse Block---got it
On Board Air System----debating which compressor
2 - 2.2 Gal Air Tanks---installed

Heres the 4 Runner: As of now

Heres what I did this weeknd, between getting a new 33 Gal. Craftsman Compressor..and working around my home..WHAAAhhoooo...back to the subject.

Using these air tanks from my old compressor that killed over about a year ago for on board tanks on the 4Runner:
Started with this----

Compressor gone tanks need to be separated:

I cut and threaded the pipe (handle) and will be used as the main air feed inlets from the compressor. Separated!!!!!

Removed the old paint and preped for new paint!!!!

thats pretty much where I stopped due to shit i had to do around my home but here is the locations where the two tanks will get mounting brackets soon and be installed:

they won't be installed untill after the body lift so I can align them with the added space and plumb them in.

Most of my items are ordered and i'm waiting on them...still waiting on CUCUY to get with me on the date/time when i can go get the truck. Currently still working on the air tank mounts and soon to start preping the vehicle for the bed liner on the bottom line of the doors/panels/fenders/rear below the rubber door bump stoper.

IKE kinda slowed down some of my shipments and my progress....

OK heres what I did this weeknd......
Sanding.........prep for the Herculiner

Applied 1 coat....2 then the final 3

Finished!!! Also Got my tires mounted on my new rims

Sunday I got the 2 inch body lift on but have not taken pics as of yet. will after work monday. Comments are welcome!!!
Also still have to put the fender flares I got from Bushwhacker!! and bedliner those also

Also tonight i got the fender flares modified to fit where the bumper was removed and bedlined them too...more pics to come with the fenders flares on ...going to bed...very tired

its only a 2" body lift with the 4" suspension lift.....sometiime this winter i will be SAS and rear leaf install to get rid of the ifs crap and coils. Seems really tall to me also but.....after the addition of the 17" rims it really looks tall now...hmm....will have to see....no trails until the SAS and all are done...still debating on axles/lockers/gears.....more worried about the engine issue right now.....waiting on a call or PM from CUCUY on the transplant vehicle....thanks for the comment though.......

Heres the Bushwacker extend a flares with the bedliner on them. Also the two rears are modified due the lack of the original bumper.

updated the air tanks post...see way up top....added some more pics...all i need to do is remove them and paint them, then reinstall them.....and finish the plumbing

I was in a really good mood a while back and I told Carrie that I would paint something pink on the runner cause shes always nag'n me to paint something pink....so I decided to make her happy and paint the tanks pink cause you really can see them unless you look under the 4runner......I know....its gay

Hey thanks for asking but i didn't need anything and its a bit late for me to be reply'n on the offer.
Long weeknd...wires are HELL and i'm dead on in the pit of it. Got the tranny all bolted back into place and put the drive shafts back on and the engine is properly bolted up to the mounts/frame mounts. Removed the harness from the cab(inside) and started looking at the beast i had to fight. Combine to harnesses from two vehicles 8 years apart seemed easier than I assumed. I was very wrong. But i'm making progress. I'm using the complete harness from the tundra and adding the extras back into it that it didn't have and so far i've got head lights,blinkers,brake,washer motors,fuse block; basically almost all wiring in the engine bay is almost complete then i will be moving into the cab to get the hardest part swapped over.
