....ouch....that hurts. show up to work and check the forum and already i have been kicked in the ass . thanks for taking the time to set that up glen....i was wondering how to do this.

i KNOW there is a newbie here in Como (dirtrider), Cory (colsoncj), THAD, and x-factor is over near St. Louis, as is Jestermotorsports. I am anxious to meet you all and introduce each other. start coming up with ideas about what you would want out of a chapter and/or website. I may get a "quote" from Art on how much to get a website up and going.

Wouldn't this work better on the national board, say in "Let's talk about wheeling" or "Off Topic"?

Springfield suburb. Rogersville to be exact.

You might want to add a Branson option.

Been a member of TTORA since late 2003, I came in on the tail of the Delphi days. I live in Kansas City (Indepenence).

My excuse for not having been as involved as much I would like, revolves around working full time and then I got the bright idea to go back for my doctorates 3 years ago, so time and money has been a premium. Now that I am finished with school, I am looking forward to wheeling more than 4-5 times a year.

It its the Patowatomie park in Fulton, MO that place sucks. It has like 2 trails and the campground area is filthy with garbage everywhere - and I mean everywhere.

if it is that way now, it would be a good thing for the "Mo-TTORA" chapter to "adopt-a-trail" or entire park

X2 on the rocks.

I am not afraid of mud, but can't say I enjoy it much if at all.

If it's like that now, perhaps I should load up with a few trash bags

I know of a place where they sell rocks that's really close to my house

I agree that Superlift is a pretty cool place. I had a blast during Take Over there. Really hoping I can get my 4Runner updated before the beginning of April. Still waiting for Marlin to get more master cylinder's in so I can buy one
Got a used brake booster from a '92 4Runner (dual diaphram vs. single that's in my 4Runner now) and just now waiting for the new rotors and calipers to arrive from Marlin.

got a little weather update for y'all. We got 5" of snow the last day or so. Temps next Thursday will be above freezing, so it will be melted or melting. Another storm bringing snow is expected over the weekend (Friday or Sat.)

Josh, I meant to tell ya. Before my hardrive crashed, I previously made four MOTTORA logos that I wanted to see what you think.
Unfortunetly, only one survived since I uploaded it to my Myspace page.

This one is the bare basic one I had made, so it still needs improvement. I just used MS Paint so it's kinda pixelated a bit.

I looked at ARTTORA's logo and figured it wouldn't be too hard to do the same.
But like I said this image is the bare basic one, so I'll try to make some others and see what you think.

Looks good Nightwolf! It sounds like your planning on rolling out several versions.

What do think it would look like if the MO was in the middle of the state outline?

I am tossing it up in the air, if it doesn't stick, then never mind me.

You mean something like this? Again sorry for the pixelation, MS Paint isn't very forgiving and messes it up when I shrink the image of Missouri down to a smaller size. Wish I had Photoshop.

There's also this one.

Throw me some ideas everyone and I'll see what I can come up with. I had an image of a cartoonish Toyota pickup that I stole from Downey Off Road's website, but that is long gone

I like option #3... I could talk nice to my boss , and possibly make up some sample decals, unless there is there some copyright issue w/ the TTORA logo?
He's o.k. w/ me making little signs/decals on the cheap, as long as they don't say "Hummer Recovery Vehicle", as he drives an H2( and yes, I give him a hard time for it)
Thanks Wolf for the artwork, and I'll try my hand at a little cartoon of a toyota...
Let me know!!!!!
