Wheeling: Exclusive private property maintained by The Damn Locals 4x4 Club

Camping: Laurel Trails Campground Primitive and RV lakeside camping, bathhouse with restrooms and showers available on site!

Motels: Other accommodations are available in both Tracy City and nearby Monteagle, TN

Other Info: A group dinner will take place Saturday evening followed by our raffle!

Pricing will be based on a package deal that includes your:
*Registration/Event Fee - this covers event goodies, identification wrist bands, event signage, event costs like purchasing raffle and meal ticket stationary (paper, card stock etc.), complimentary tshirts and meals for the generous locals that volunteer as our trail guides and let us wheel on their land etc. all reg. fees go into the event to make it more enjoyable for you. -got cope?

*Primitive camping for the weekend (thurs night - monday) *up-charge for RVs

*(2) Meal tickets for Saturday's dinner- if you only need one meal ticket we can deduct the cost of one ticket for you, but most people bring at least one passenger so we have included (2) meal tickets in the pkg. -got cope?

*(1) Driver Event T-Shirt extra tshirts can be ordered on the form ... and more!

À la carte items will be available for those who might only attend for single days, won't be camping, or want to purchase extra meal tickets or t-shirts!

Early Registration July 1 thru July 15 - $̶7̶5̶

Regular Registration thru July 31 - $85

Late Registration thru August 15 -$90

Extra Late 'You've missed the T-shirt deadline and we don't order extras' Registration after Aug 15 - $75

Sent mine as well. Only thing I saw missing (unless I'm blind) was shirt size for the driver. I put it under the $$$ amount near the bottom of the form.

I have another rig that wants to come down with me(I believe he already contacted you concerning this) He has 2 rigs(both truggies non registered)...will he be able to tow his rig to the trails? Or is johnny law a little relaxed and he can just jump in with the group????

You can trailer to the trails, there are places to park trailers.

You're also welcome to take your chances with the law at your own risk.

The local cops are friendly but State Patrol may be in the area on Labor Day weekend and they obviously have jurisdiction over the locals so if they want to pull you over they can.

hey - we're doing a dinner on saturday only -- 2 meal tickets = 2 people.

we figured that most people bring a passenger so we went ahead and included that in the package. I will update your registration and take out that extra ticket. Replying to your email now with payment instructions!
