this is not a show truck, i know the majority of the rigs on here are designed for trail riding and rock crawling, but here in florida there arent many rocks or good trails, mostly mud, thats why it is lifted so high, to get through the bottomless florida mud

, lose the Thornbirds, there not good in the rocks and/or the mud. Not sure how they (t-birds) are on the street, but I would be willing to bet even a standard BFG Mud/Baja Claw would rival the on-road performance and really excel in mud over the t-birds...again just my

You need to get the whole story before you talk shit about a shop. I've actually driven in this and other trucks they built, and I have seen nothing but quality. We used this truck to run chase at the 2006 Baja 1000, and this truck was sick. They also did a lot of work on my truck with absolutley no problems. Some idiot that doesn't know how to drive wrecks his Chevy S-10 on the street, not even off road, and wants to point fingers at the fab shop and give them a bad rap. I guess that's why they call them street queens.

Here are some recent pics of my truck from my jobsite. It's mild compared to some of you guys. Not many hills or rocks on the gulf coast, just mud and sand. It gets the job done though, besides, the DC is too big to get on most rocks and trails ( I like my bumpers and steps

What the hell, I'll play too. 00 Tundra, with a few mods. This is one of the optional ledges off the 2WD road to Gemini Bridges, near Moab, UT.

Here's my tow rig (don't laugh, even with the 3.0, it does fine for what i need...lol). I normally just drive my 87, but for long trips, I tow it with my T-100.

There's one I've seen in San Diego, I'm not sure if it's LT but it's got at least coilovers, a nice prerunner bumper, black beadlocks, and some lights. All blacked out. Pretty sick.

![]() My road queen Had to dump the Tacoma because the wife didn't want to drive a stick. What a crock. Hopefully in a few years I can put a decent lift and tires on this, but even then, it has a wheelbase of a limo, so it won't go in half the places the Tacoma did

You are right and I probably over reacted. It just bugs me when a shop that I know does quality work gets a bad rap. I guess the point I am trying to make through this is that if anyone has any questions about the quality of work produced by Atomic, go to their shop and look at some of the work they are putting out and talk to Richard. Seeing their work and talking to Richard will allow people to make educated opinions about Atomic Motorsports. It's good to hear you giving some props to Atomic.
