Default Gear Ratio

I have an 01 Tacoma Sr5 4x4 with a 2.7 and 5spd it has 265/75/r16 tires which are 31.75" tall and 10.5 inches wide.
does any one know what gear ratio I have

if your tires are listed on the sticker as 265/70/16s (31x10.50s) (not just added by the dealer but from the factory) you should have 4.30s.
the tires you list are aftermarket and not the OE size (32x10.50s).

but, check your dr side door codes or have your dealer run your VIN#.

I found the same link with the wonderful search feature and my code is B07A which means 4.30's but I did see one thing on the link about the same code except with 4.56's
btw where can I find the color that goes with my paint code 209

some (very few) AT prerunners wound up with 4.56s but only AT 4x4s with the 2.7 got that ratio on a regular basis after '01.

your dealer will have the paint codes

I've answered this question here. Check it out... you should be able to get what you need. The gear codes (and gear code lists that you will find online) are not always accurate. The "tire rotation" method always works.
