Default Horn Doesn't work, Emergecy Flashers Do no work, airbag light comes on randomly

I searched, and found that this is most likely the spiral cable, or a relay. Problem is, I cant figrue out where the relay is on this truck.

Its a 2000 tacoma 2.4l 2wd.

The air bag light will come on for a day or two, then be off for a month. The horn does not work. And the emergency flashers dont work. The turn signals do work though, unless you hit the emergency flasher switch, and then it doesnt work again.

Anyone have any ideas? Where is the horn relay? is it the one just to the right of the fuse box under the dash?

Any ways to inspect and see if the spiral cable is broken?

Thanks for the help.

I was just reading in another thread that the horn and hazards are on the same fuse. I'm not sure if it's right, I didn't check it out myself. Heck, I read it on the interenet, it must be true.

IDk about your airbag light, but check all your turn signal fuses (including the fuse marked for the horn, that is linked to the hazards, it's under the hood)
