Default After maintenance question

Just completed the air intake/mass airflow senser cleaning as per this forum. Idle seems off a little. The engine seems to stay revved up between shifts and does not settle down to idle quickly enough. Is this normal after this proceedure? Is there something else that needs to be done? All vacuum lines seem to be in place. Thanks

Give the ECM a few drives to relearn and then see what happens.

Or unplug the battery for a few hours or overnight to reset the ECM.

Had the same thing happen. It went away after a couple of drives. -CB
